Case & Coldroom Controllers

Honeywell Case & Coldroom Controllers have been developed to work in a wide range of display cases and coldroom types. The controllers, which can either be panel mounted on  a case canopy or situated in a tray at the base of the cabinet, can operate in 'stand-alone' or network mode. Honeywell Refrigeration control specialise in two network protocols for refrigeration case control:

• Honeywell Genus® - Proprietary refrigeration network protocol from Honeywell.
• LONWORKS® - Open, multi-vendor control system protocol.

Icon 100

6 types with up to 3 relays, 2 probes and integrated display. Genus® network compatible.

Tuscan Plus

Pack and Stepper Controllers

Honeywell has an extensive range of condenser pack and compressor fan controllers which are suitable for a wide variety of monitoring & control applications. From the simple Step Controller that is suitable for sequential or cyclic switching sequence to the advanced LONWORKS® compliant Excel-Pack with energy measurement, optional gas leak detection and historical alarm logging features. Honeywell Refrigeration control specialise in two network protocols for refrigeration case control:

Temperature Monitors

Honeywell Temperature Monitors are aimed at small to medium control and monitoring applications. The advanced Visor panel can monitor up to 32 Genus® devices over two different networks. The SmartEye RF monitoring systems does away with hard-wire connections where the data is transmitted to a central Genus® front-end system. And for smaller, more mobile, temperature monitoring, we have a new range of compact digital temperature thermometers and dataloggers

Smarteye

Front-end systems

Honeywell Front-End Systems come in 2 hardware and 2 software products and are ideal for medium to large applications. The advanced PCVisor can monitor up to 192 Genus® devices that can incorporate refrigeration, HVAC and BMS applications, providing a fully integrated data monitoring system through web based software. The Supervisors are used as a central access point to view controller data such as temperature and status information. SynOpsys and Central Station are two Windows® based applications for the monitoring and control of remote refrigeration, HVAC and BMS applications via the internet (TCP/IP).

Supervisor

Front-end system with up to 192 networked controllers, 100 defrost channels and 32 GP timer channels. Genus® network compatible. 3 types.

PCVisor

Advanced front-end system with up to 192 networked controllers, 100 defrost channels and 32 GP timer channels. Includes TFT touchscreen interface with SynOpsys software preloaded.Genus® & TCP/IP (web-enabled) network compatible. 1 type.

SynOpsys

Web-based monitoring and control software solution for refrigeration, HVAC and BMS applications. Genus®, LONWORKS® & TCP/IP (web-enabled) network compatible.

Central Station

Temperature Probes

NTC and PT1000 variants. Designed to be used on front-end systems, temperature monitors, case & coldroom controllers, and pack controllers. 5 types.

Slugged (Thermally Damped) Probes

NTC and PT1000 variants. Designed to imitate the temperature of food displayed within a cabinet. 2 types.

Displays

Pressure Transducers

Measures the pressure of refrigerant gas within a compressor pack or condenser fan controller. 4 types.

NX Inverters

Energy saving variable speed drives with sensor-less or looped vector control. From 0.25 to 110kW with IP20, IP21 & IP54 enclosures. 69 types.

Energy Meter

Single and three phase power energy meter. Designed to be used with Honeywell Excel-Case and Excel-Pack controllers. 1 type.

Oil Monitors

Monitors the level of oil in a plant compressor and pulse-charges system when oil level falls below prescribed limits. Includes LED status indication. 2 types.

Level Check

Monitors the level of liquids in a pressure vessel or tank and generates an alarm signal before damage to plant or merchandise is experienced. 1 type.

Refrigerant Gas Leak Detectors

Most refrigeration systems are prone to develop leaks. Most leaks start as small ones, developing into large ones over a period of time. Leaks cost money both in terms of the need to replace expensive refrigerant gas and the loss of system performance. Then of course there is the issue of the environmental damage leaks can cause.

Our effective, continuous, monitoring multi-zone system - HGM300 (detecting CFC, HFC, HCFC & Halon refrigerants) and single zone sensors - Aura (detecting R404A & R410A refrigerants) will provide you with all the important early warning when things are about to go wrong.

Aura

Single refrigerant gas sensor for types R404A & R410A. Features analogue output for front-end system alarm notification. 2 types.

HGM300

Multi-zone model with standard 16 zone coverage (expandable to 32). Genus®, RS232 & RS485 network compatible. 1 type.
